Counselling
Counselling is an ideal place to work through current difficulties. People who go into counselling are often feeling distressed to varying degrees. Some who visit have a mild but disturbing level of anxiety and others will be struggling with stronger physical and psychological symptoms of stress, anxiety or low mood.
Talking things through with a professional listener who is unrelated to anyone you know or your situation, helps bring in balance and facilitates a place where personal evaluation of situations and circumstances can take place, leaving you better able to make positive choices and invoke personal change in your life.
